The Rewards category covers how incentives are configured and issued inside Referral Factory. It helps you decide what referrers or invited friends should earn, when they should earn it, and how reward rules should match your customer acquisition economics.

Use this section to set up reward values, limits, payout timing, and reward integrations. A good reward setup should motivate sharing without creating unnecessary cost, fraud risk, or manual admin for your team.

What reward types can I use in Referral Factory?

You can structure rewards around the incentive that fits your business, such as cash, vouchers, account credit, discounts, or manually issued benefits. Available fulfillment options depend on your plan and connected reward tools.

When should a reward be issued?

Rewards should usually be issued after the referred lead has met your qualification rule. This keeps the program fair and helps avoid paying for leads that never became customers or did not meet your success criteria.

Can I limit how many rewards a referrer earns?

Yes. Reward limits are useful when you want to control budget, prevent abuse, or run a time-boxed campaign. Make the limit clear in your campaign copy so referrers understand how the program works.

How should I choose a reward amount?

Start with your customer value, current cost per lead, and conversion rate. The reward should be meaningful enough to motivate sharing while staying lower than what you can profitably spend to acquire a qualified customer.
