If your Stripe integration is not working as expected, first identify where the workflow is stopping: the Stripe connection, the qualification event, or the reward being issued.
The Rewards section is where you can track rewards that have been earned, review their status, issue or cancel rewards when needed, inspect what triggered them, and keep a history of rewards that have already been sent.
You can cancel a reward while it is still Due and has not yet been issued. This is useful when a referral should no longer receive a reward because of a refund, fraud, duplicate activity, an incorrect qualification, or another reason you have identified during review.
