Three ways to qualify leads via Zapier
| Method | When to use |

| Qualify User With Email | You have the lead's email address. This is the most common method — map the customer email from your trigger app to the Referral Factory lead identifier. |
| Qualify User With Code | You have the lead's unique referral code. Useful when your system stores the referral code that was used during sign-up or purchase. |
| Qualify User With Coupon | You have the coupon code the lead used. Best for e-commerce or subscription workflows where leads convert using a coupon. |
