Steps
- Only Leads — Sync only Intercom leads
- Only Users — Sync only Intercom users
- All Contacts — Sync all contact records
- A specific segment — Sync contacts from a single Intercom segment
- One-Time Sync — Sync contacts once now, no automatic updates
- Ongoing Sync — Automatically sync contacts on a schedule; changes in Intercom will be reflected in Referral Factory
Important notes
- If you need users from multiple segments in one campaign, sync each segment one after the other.
- Previously synced users will not be duplicated if they already exist in the campaign.
- With one-time sync, you'll need to manually re-sync if new contacts join the segment.
- With ongoing sync, changes in Intercom will automatically update in Referral Factory.
