1. Go to your campaign's Referrers tab. 2. Click Add Referrers . 3. Select Sync to sync contacts from your CRM automatically. 4. Choose Intercom as the integration source. 5. Under Select Intercom Contact Type , choose which contacts to sync: 6. If you chose A specific segment , select the segment from the dropdown (e.g., Active, New, Slipping Away). 7. Map Intercom fields to Referral Factory fields (e.g., Name → First Name, Email → Email). 8. Optionally, map Referral Factory fields back to Intercom (e.g., Referral Link, Referrals Count, Converted Referrals Count). 9. On the confirmation page, choose your Sync Type : 10. Click Start Sync to begin syncing contacts.
