Steps
- Go to Campaign Settings → Integrations and API → CRM tab.
- On the Intercom integration panel, click Disconnect in the top-right corner.
- A confirmation modal will appear warning that disconnecting will remove the integration connection and all associated settings. This action cannot be undone.
- Click Disconnect to confirm, or Cancel to keep the integration active.
What happens when you disconnect
- All field mappings, qualification rules, and sync settings for this campaign are permanently deleted.
- Contacts that were already synced to or from Intercom are not affected — they remain in both systems.
- You’ll need to reconfigure everything from scratch if you reconnect later.
