Why is the connection still Pending?
Confirm the Tenant ID approval or ServiceTitan API Application Access step is complete. Check that the Client ID, Client Secret and Booking Provider Value were copied exactly into Referral Factory.
Why was no Booking created for a new lead?
Confirm Create New Booking In Service Titan is selected, all required fields are mapped, and the settings were saved before the test lead joined.
Why is a required Booking field missing?
Source, Name, Email, Summary, Is First Time Client and External Id each need a valid mapped or fixed value. Check every required row.
Why is the Booking information wrong?
Review the field mapping and confirm each Referral Factory value goes to the intended ServiceTitan field. Pay particular attention to Email, External Id, Source and Summary.
Why is the lead not being qualified?
Confirm the rule watches the correct condition: the Booking becomes a Job, or the Job reaches the selected status. Check the actual Booking and Job status in ServiceTitan.
Why is the existing-customer sync delayed?
Confirm the chosen sync type and customer set. Fewer than 1,000 contacts can take up to 30 minutes; more than 1,000 can take up to 12 hours.
If the issue continues, send support the campaign name, test email, selected path, mappings and the time the test was run. Never include passwords or access tokens.
