Before you start

Connect and finalize ServiceTitan, then open the campaign’s ServiceTitan Leads settings.
Referral Factory creates a Booking for the lead. It does not create separate ServiceTitan Lead, Customer or Location records through this workflow.

Choose the new-lead action

Select Create New Booking In Service Titan. If Nothing to action is selected, no Booking will be created.

Map every required Booking field

Map Source, Name, Email, Summary, Is First Time Client and External Id. Every required field needs a valid Referral Factory value or a fixed value.
Use fixed values for fields such as Source or Summary when the same value should be used for every Booking.

Save and test the Booking

Create one test lead and confirm the ServiceTitan Booking appears with the expected name, email, source, summary and external ID.
Creating a Booking and qualifying a lead are separate. Use the ServiceTitan qualification guide for the next step.
