Before you start
Connect and finalize ServiceTitan first. Decide whether you need a one-time import or an ongoing sync for future customers.
Choose ServiceTitan as the sync source
Open Referrers, choose Add Referrers and Sync, then select ServiceTitan.
Map the customer details
Map the ServiceTitan customer name and email address into Referral Factory. Email is required.
Choose any useful Referral Factory values to return to available ServiceTitan fields. The exact options depend on the fields made available by the ServiceTitan API.
Choose one-time or ongoing sync
Use a one-time sync for the current customer list. Use an ongoing sync when future customers should also become referrers.
Referral Factory skips people who already exist as referrers. A sync with fewer than 1,000 contacts can take up to 30 minutes; larger syncs can take up to 12 hours.
Test before syncing everyone
Test with a small customer set. Confirm each person appears in Referrers and has a unique referral link before starting a large sync.
