Before you start

ServiceTitan uses a different connection process from the OAuth connection used by many other CRMs. You need access to the Referral Factory campaign and ServiceTitan API Application Access.
Keep the Tenant ID, Client ID, Client Secret and Booking Provider Value private.

1. Submit the ServiceTitan Tenant ID

Open the campaign’s Integrations & API area, choose CRM and select ServiceTitan. Enter the Tenant ID and submit it for approval.
The connection can show Pending until the approval step is complete.

2. Authorize Referral Factory in ServiceTitan

In ServiceTitan, open Settings, Integrations and API Application Access. Choose Connect New App, select Referral Factory, and allow the requested access.

3. Finalize the connection

Return to the ServiceTitan connection in Referral Factory and enter the Client ID, Client Secret and Booking Provider Value from ServiceTitan.
Save the connection, then open the Leads and Referrers areas to configure the workflows you need.

What is the Booking Provider Value?

It is the ServiceTitan value Referral Factory uses when creating a Booking. Copy the exact value shown in the ServiceTitan API Application Access details.
If the connection remains Pending or fails, use the ServiceTitan troubleshooting guide.
