How does the automation work?
A typical workflow syncs existing ServiceTitan customers as referrers, creates a Booking when a new lead joins, and qualifies the lead when that Booking becomes a Job or reaches a selected Job status.
1. Connect ServiceTitan
Submit the ServiceTitan Tenant ID, authorize the Referral Factory application in ServiceTitan, and then return the Client ID, Client Secret and Booking Provider Value to Referral Factory.
2. Add existing customers as referrers
Choose a one-time or ongoing sync, map the customer details, and test with a small set before syncing the full audience.
A sync with fewer than 1,000 contacts can take up to 30 minutes. Larger syncs can take up to 12 hours.
3. Send new leads to ServiceTitan
Configure the Leads path to create a ServiceTitan Booking whenever a new lead joins the campaign.
4. Qualify and test
Choose whether a Booking becoming a Job is enough, or whether the Job must also reach a selected status. Test the entire journey with dummy data before using real customers.
