You can redirect leads to a specific URL after they complete the sign-up form on the Referral Link Page — for example, your website, a sign-up page, or a special offer.

How to set it up

1. Go to Invite Leads → Referral Link Page in the left sidebar.
2. Click Step 2 at the top of the canvas.
3. Toggle from Show thank you page to Redirect to URL.
4. Enter your destination URL in the Redirect URL field (e.g. https://yourbrand.com/sign-up).
5. Optionally, enable URL Parameters to pass the lead's details to your destination page. You can pass:
For each parameter, toggle it on and enter a custom parameter name (for example, first_name, email, or ref_name). When the lead is redirected, their details are automatically added to the end of your destination URL. For example, if you enable First Name and Email, the URL your lead lands on might look like:
https://yourbrand.com/sign-up?first_name=Sarah&email=sarah@example.com
Your website can then read these values to pre-fill a form or personalise the page — so the lead does not have to type their details again. This creates a seamless, frictionless experience from the referral link all the way through to your sign-up flow.
6. Click Save.
  • First Name
  • Email
  • Referrer First Name

Redirect not working?

  • Make sure the URL is a full, valid URL including https://.
  • Check that you clicked Save after making changes.
  • Try clearing your browser cache and testing in an incognito window.

What happens without a redirect?

If you leave the toggle on Show thank you page, leads will see a customisable thank you page after submitting the form. You can build this page in the same block editor and include social sharing buttons so leads can share the referral link further.
