You have full control over the visual appearance of your referral campaign. Design changes are made through two page builders — no coding required:
Both builders use the same drag-and-drop interface with a Design tab for global styling and an Add Blocks tab for content.

What you can customise

  • Logo and images — upload your own logo, hero images, and background graphics
  • Colors — match your brand colors across buttons, text, and backgrounds
  • Fonts — choose fonts that align with your brand identity
  • Page layout — rearrange sections, add or remove blocks, and adjust the content using drag-and-drop
  • Referrer portal pages — design separate Sign Up, Login, and Dashboard pages for your referrer portal
  • Email templates — customise the wording of all automated emails

Social sharing previews (OG tags)

When referrers share their link on social media, messaging apps, or email, the preview that appears (image, title, description) is controlled by Sharing Settings in Campaign Settings.
You can configure OG tags separately for:
Each includes: OG Title, OG Description, OG Image (up to 5 MB), Sharing Subject (for email shares), and Sharing Message.

  • Referrer Portal Link — what appears when someone shares the portal link

White-label branding

For full white-label branding, connect a custom domain so your campaign URL shows your own domain (e.g. refer.yourbrand.com) instead of the default Referral Factory URL. See Custom domains on the Referral Link Page for setup instructions.
