You can create referral campaigns in any language. The campaign pages and emails are fully editable, so you can write the content in whichever language you need.
How to set the campaign language
- Go to Campaign Settings
- Under the section Campaign Basics, select the language for your campaign
- Edit the landing page text and email templates in the visual editor to match the selected language
Do I need separate campaigns for each language?
Yes. If you need campaigns in multiple languages (e.g. French, Spanish, Portuguese), create a separate campaign for each language. Each campaign can have its own landing page text, email content, and settings configured in the target language.
Can I change the dashboard language?
No. The Referral Factory dashboard is currently available in English only. This applies to the admin interface — your campaign pages and emails facing referrers and leads can be in any language.
