Signing in
- Email and password — enter the email address and password you used when you registered.
- Magic link — switch to the Login with magic link tab, enter your email, and click Send magic link. You will receive an email with a one-time login link. No password required.
- Continue with Google — click Continue with Google to sign in with your Google account. If your Google email matches an existing Referral Factory account, it will be linked automatically.
- Login with SSO — if your organisation has set up SAML-based Single Sign-On, click Login with SSO and enter your business email. You will be redirected to your identity provider to authenticate.
Resetting your password
- On the login page, click Forgot password?.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send reset link.
- Check your inbox for an email with a password reset link. Click the link.
- Choose a new password. It must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a special character.

I'm not receiving the reset email
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you are entering the exact email address you registered with. The system will always say a link has been sent, even if no matching account exists — this is a security measure.
- Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting a new link.
- If you still cannot find the email, contact support.
