You'll receive an email confirming the cancellation. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Click your name in the bottom left
- Go to Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription under your current plan
- Confirm the cancellation
I can only see a downgrade option, not cancel
The Cancel Subscription button is on the billing page beneath your current plan details. If you only see a downgrade option, scroll down — the cancel option may be below it. If you still can't find it, reach out to the support team via support@referral-factory.com for assistance.
What happens to my data after I cancel?
Your campaigns, referrers, leads, and all associated data are kept for up to one year after cancellation. You'll be notified before any data is deleted. If you want to reactivate your account within that period, everything will still be there.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
There is no pause button, but you can achieve the same result by cancelling and resubscribing later. Here is why this works well:
To cancel, click your name in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, select Billing, and click Cancel Subscription under your current plan. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
When you are ready to come back, simply log in and resubscribe to any plan. Your campaigns, referrers, leads, and all associated data will be exactly as you left them.
- Your data is retained for up to one year after cancellation — campaigns, referrers, leads, rewards, and settings are all preserved unless you specifically request deletion.
- Referral links stop working while your subscription is inactive. They resume immediately once you resubscribe.
- You are not charged during the gap. Your current billing period runs to completion, and no further charges are made until you resubscribe.
