You can invite colleagues to access your Referral Factory account by adding them as teammates. Teammate access is available on the Basic plan and above.
Step-by-step
The teammate will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and set up their password.
- Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar
- Select Teammates
- Click Invite Teammate in the top-right corner
- Enter the teammate's name, email, and select a role (currently Admin only)
- Optionally toggle Require 2FA if you want the teammate to enable two-factor authentication
- Click Send Invitation
Didn't receive the invite?
If your teammate hasn't received the invitation:
- Ask them to check their spam or junk folder for an email from Referral Factory
- Go to the Teammates page, click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the teammate, and select Resend Invitation
- Make sure the email address was entered correctly — if it was wrong, delete the teammate and invite them again with the correct address
Permissions
Currently, all teammates are added with the Admin role, which gives full access to all campaigns and settings. More granular roles are planned for the future.
Teammates do not receive billing emails unless they are also set as the billing contact in business settings.
How many teammates can be added?
There is no limit on the number of teammates you can invite. However, teammate access requires the Basic plan or above — it is not available on the Starter plan.
