Q: Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password: The reset link is valid for 60 minutes . If it expires, simply request a new one. For security, there is a 60-second wait between reset requests.

Q: Two-factor authentication (2FA)

For extra security, you or your team admin can enable two-factor authentication. Once enabled, you will be asked to enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator) each time you sign in. To set up 2FA, sign in and follow the on-screen prompts to scan a QR code with your authenticator app. If your team requires secure login, 2FA may be mandatory for your account.
