When you log into Referral Factory, you land on your campaign dashboard.

Your dashboard is campaign-centred

When you log into Referral Factory, you land on your campaign dashboard. Everything in the platform is organised around campaigns — each campaign is its own self-contained referral program with its own participants, rewards, emails, and tracking.
If you have more than one campaign, you can switch between them using the campaign selector at the top of the sidebar. Each campaign has its own separate data.

The sidebar navigation

Your campaign navigation runs down the left side of the screen, organised into four sections:

Platform

The core areas of your campaign:
  • Dashboard — your campaign home screen, showing either the Quick Setup Guide (for new campaigns) or Campaign Analytics (once the guide is dismissed), along with all the ways to onboard referrers.
  • Referrers — your referrer list. View, add, and manage the people promoting your business.
  • Leads — your lead list. View and manage the people who have been referred.
  • Rewards — configure what you're offering, to whom, and how rewards are issued.
  • Analytics — view your program's performance metrics over time.

Onboard Referrers

Tools for getting referrers into your program:
  • Branded Referrer Portal — a standalone page where referrers can join, get their link, and track performance.
  • Website Widget — embed the referrer portal on your website.
  • Lead Submission Form — a form referrers use to submit a friend's details directly.
  • … More Options — additional onboarding methods.

Invite Leads

  • Referral Link Page — design and configure the landing page that leads see when they click a referral link.

Campaign Settings

Your name appears at the bottom-left corner of the sidebar — click it to access your profile, organisation settings, and billing.
  • Emails — manage the automated email notifications sent to referrers and leads.
  • Integrations and API — connect Referral Factory to your CRM, payment processor, or automation tools.
  • Campaign Settings — your campaign's technical configuration (domain, language, time zone, and advanced options).

The Quick Setup Guide

When you create a new campaign, the dashboard displays a Quick Setup Guide with a progress indicator. It highlights three essential setup steps — the minimum configuration needed before your program can run:
Until all three are complete, your program is not ready to run. You can dismiss the guide by clicking Not interested? if you prefer to configure things in your own order.
When you dismiss the Quick Setup Guide (or close it), it is replaced by a Campaign Analytics panel that shows four top-level metrics for your campaign: Total Reach, Referral Links, Total Leads, and Qualified Leads. This gives you an at-a-glance summary of how your campaign is performing, along with a link to view more analytics details on the Analytics page.
  • Configure referral link page design — design the landing page your referrers will share.
  • Complete reward setup — set up the incentives for your referrers (and optionally for leads).
  • Generate referral links for your customers — add your customers so they each receive a unique tracking link.

The Promote page

The Promote page is a dedicated page that shows all the built-in methods for getting referrers into your program. You can access it from the top of your campaign view.
The promotion methods are split into two groups:
Ways to onboard referrers (no login required) — Branded Referrer Portal, Website Widget, Lead Submission Form, Sync Or Upload Referrers, Share Portal On Social, and Enable Automation.
Ways to onboard referrers — if they are logged in — On-Click Pop Up, Sticky Bar, and Custom API Dashboard. These are designed for situations where your customers are already logged into your product.
Each card includes a description, a visual preview, and an action button that opens the configuration panel for that method. Clicking a card opens a panel where you can preview the method and access its settings.

Sidebar visibility toggle

Each promotion card has an eye icon in the top-right corner. Click it to show or hide that method in the left sidebar under Onboard Referrers. The tooltip reads "Hide from sidebar" when the item is currently visible.
This lets you keep the sidebar clean by only showing the promotion methods you actively use, while still being able to access all nine methods from the Promote page at any time.

The all-campaigns view

If you have more than one campaign, you can view data across all of them at once. Open the campaign selector in the top-left and choose All campaigns, or click Switch to all campaigns in the top-right corner.
The all-campaigns view is a read-only reporting view. The sidebar simplifies to just the Platform items — Dashboard, Referrers, Leads, Rewards, and Analytics — with no Onboard Referrers, Invite Leads, or Campaign Settings sections.
To return to a single campaign, click Switch to single campaign in the top-right corner, or select a specific campaign from the campaign selector.
  • Dashboard shows Campaign Analytics with aggregate metrics: Total Reach, Referral Links, Total Leads, and Qualified Leads.
  • Referrers and Leads tables include a Campaign column so you can see which campaign each participant belongs to.
  • Rewards shows all due and issued rewards across campaigns.
  • Analytics shows performance metrics and charts across all campaigns.
