
Other ways to control rewards
- Prevent existing customers from being referred: Upload all existing customers into the campaign as referrers via CSV upload. Once someone exists in the campaign, they cannot be counted as a new referral in that same campaign.
- Built-in duplicate prevention: If someone uses the same email address to sign up as a referral multiple times, the system recognises the existing profile and does not create a duplicate.
- Milestone tiers: Set different reward values at different referral count thresholds (e.g. first reward at 1 referral, next at 3, then 5, etc.), which provides structured incentive tiers with a natural cap.
