The short answer

Referral Factory does not currently have a way to access to purchase details. When a referral qualifies, Referral Factory knows that a conversion happened — but not what the referred person bought. This means you cannot natively set different fixed reward amounts per product.

The workaround: commission-based rewards

The most effective workaround is to use a Commission reward instead of a fixed amount. With commission rewards, you set a percentage (e.g. 10%) rather than a fixed dollar value. The reward scales with the purchase amount, which feels more meaningful to referrers who send high-value customers.
How commission rewards work with integrations:
If you use a native integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe), you can map the deal value or order amount from your CRM or payment system to a Referral Factory field. Referral Factory then calculates the commission percentage against that figure automatically.
If you manage purchase data in a spreadsheet or database, you can upload a CSV with each qualified lead’s purchase amount, and Referral Factory will calculate the commission from that.

Alternative: manage variable rewards manually

Some businesses choose to set a fixed reward in Referral Factory, then handle variable top-ups manually outside the platform — for example, issuing a standard reward automatically and adding a bonus through Tremendous or bank transfer separately.
