Referral Factory does not support direct bank transfers or cash deposits into someone's personal bank account. This is one of the most commonly misunderstood aspects of the rewards system.
Here is what you can do:

Cash-equivalent options

Tremendous (recommended for cash-like rewards)
Tremendous is a digital rewards platform that lets you send gift cards, prepaid Visa cards, ACH bank transfers, Venmo and PayPal payments to referrers. From the referrer's perspective, this feels like receiving cash — they receive a link to claim their reward and can often choose how to receive it. You fund your Tremendous account in advance, and Referral Factory triggers the payout automatically when a referral qualifies.
PayPal
You can issue cash payouts via PayPal directly from Referral Factory. Payouts are matched by email address, so the referrer must have a PayPal account linked to the same email they used in your referral program.
Stripe Credits
If you use Stripe to charge your customers, you can issue Stripe credits as a reward. This adds credit to the referred customer’s Stripe account, which is applied against future charges. Important: the referrer must already be a Stripe customer on your account for this to work.

Who pays for the reward?

You do — the business running the referral program. Referral Factory orchestrates when the reward is sent, but the funds come from your reward account (e.g. your Tremendous balance or your PayPal account). Referral Factory does not hold or disburse funds on your behalf.

Common misconceptions

"Can I just enter someone's bank details and transfer money?"
No. There is no bank transfer feature in Referral Factory. Use Tremendous or PayPal for cash-equivalent payouts.
"Does Referral Factory send the money automatically?"
It can, if you enable Auto Issue and have a connected reward integration with sufficient funds. If Auto Issue is turned off (the default), rewards appear in the Due Rewards tab for you to approve and issue manually.
"What if my Tremendous balance runs out?"
Reward issuance will fail. Make sure your Tremendous account has sufficient funds — either a preloaded cash balance or an attached credit card. This is a common cause of failed rewards.
