What does automatic qualification mean?
Qualification marks that the lead reached the campaign’s success condition. It is separate from creating a ServiceTitan Booking.
Choose the ServiceTitan qualification condition
Open the campaign’s ServiceTitan qualification settings. Choose whether the Booking becoming a Job is enough, or whether the Job must also reach a selected status.
Use a status that reliably represents the real conversion event for your business.
What happens after the condition is met?
Referral Factory marks the matching lead as Qualified. If the campaign has a reward rule for qualified referrals, that separate rule can then issue the reward.
Test automatic qualification
Create a test lead, confirm its Booking is created in ServiceTitan, then move it through the selected Job condition. Return to Referral Factory and confirm the lead becomes Qualified.
