How to issue rewards manually

Manual reward issuance is done from the Rewards page, in the Due Rewards tab.

Issuing a single reward

  • Go to Rewards in the left sidebar
  • In the Due Rewards tab, find the reward you want to issue
  • Click the three-dots menu (⋮) in the Actions column for that row
  • Click Issue Now
  • Confirm the issuance when prompted

Issuing multiple rewards at once

  • Go to Rewards → Due Rewards
  • Tick the checkbox next to one or more rewards. Use the header checkbox to select all.
  • Click Issue Now (appears with a count badge once items are selected)
  • Confirm the issuance when prompted

For Commission Amount rewards

Commission rewards require you to enter the total spend before issuing, because the reward value is calculated as a percentage of that spend.

  • In the Due Rewards tab, click the link in the Total column for the commission reward (e.g. "1 Reward")
  • In the modal, enter the Total Spend amount for that referral
  • Click the save icon to lock in the value
  • Click Add To Cart
  • Return to the Due Rewards tab and click Issue Now to complete

After issuing

Issued rewards move to the Issued Rewards tab. Each row shows the reward name, user, total, reward value, reward for (Referrer or Lead), date issued, issuing method, and status.

Click the Reward link on any issued reward row to view the Issued Reward Details modal. This shows:

  • The referrer name and contact details
  • The total reward value
  • A list of all referred users who triggered the reward, including their name, email, qualification date, and individual reward value
