FAQ: Can I change my qualification rules after launching?

Yes. If you are qualifying using a CRM or Payment gateway, you can update your qualification method at any time from the Integrations and API tab.

Yes. If you are qualifying using a CRM or Payment gateway, you can update your qualification method at any time from the Integrations and API tab. Changes take effect going forward.
Important: changing your qualification rules does not retroactively re-evaluate existing leads. Leads that are already Qualified will not be automatically unqualified under the new rules — you would need to unqualify them manually if they should not have qualified under the new criteria.
