Referral Factory uses email address as the unique identifier for referrers within a campaign. If a referrer's email changes, you will need to update their record manually.
To do this, locate the referrer in the Referrers tab, click the action button and select Edit Referrer and edit their profile to update the email address. Their referral link and referral history will remain intact — only the email identifier changes.
If the referrer is synced from a CRM, updating the email in the CRM will not automatically update it in Referral Factory.
