Referral Factory offers a free trial so you can test the platform before committing to a paid plan. During the trial, you have access to the full feature set so you can build and test your referral program.
What happens when my trial ends?
When your trial period expires, your account will be paused. Your campaigns and data are not deleted — they are kept for up to one year. You can reactivate your account at any time by subscribing to a paid plan, and everything will be exactly where you left it.
Can I extend my trial?
If you need more time to evaluate the platform, reach out to us on support@referral-factory.com. Trial extensions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
I'm being asked to start a trial but I already have an account
This usually means you're trying to log in with an email address that isn't connected to an existing account. Double-check the email address you used when you originally signed up. If you were added as a teammate, your admin may have used a different email address — check with the account owner.
