When your 15-day free trial ends, access to your Referral Factory account is paused until a payment method is added.
Your data — referrers, leads, rewards, and campaign configuration — is retained. Nothing is deleted when a trial expires.
To reactivate, log in and add a payment method when prompted. Your account will be restored immediately.
Your data is typically retained for one year after your trial ends. This means your referrers, leads, rewards, and campaign settings will all still be there if you decide to upgrade within that window. After one year of inactivity, data may be removed.
