General refund policy

Referral Factory is unable to issue refunds for billing periods when the service was active but not used. If you subscribed and didn't use the platform, the billing policy applies from the date the subscription began.

How to request a refund

Reach out to the support team via support@referral-factory.com. Your request will be escalated to the billing team, who will review it and contact you directly. This process typically takes three to five business days.

Common refund scenarios

I cancelled during the trial but was still charged
If you believe you were charged after cancelling during the trial period, email support@referral-factory.com with the details. The team will investigate and process a refund if the charge was made in error.
I forgot to cancel and was charged for months I didn't use
These requests are reviewed individually. While refunds for unused months are not guaranteed, the billing team will consider the circumstances. Contact support as soon as you notice the charges.
My annual plan renewed and I want to switch to monthly
If your annual plan recently renewed and you'd prefer to switch to monthly billing, contact support@referral-factory.com as soon as possible. The earlier you reach out after the renewal date, the more likely the billing team can accommodate the change.
