All invoices and billing history are available directly in your dashboard.

How to access your invoices

  • Click your name in the bottom left
  • Go to Organisation
  • Select the Billing tab
  • You'll see your current plan, billing cycle, and a link to view past invoices

Downloading invoices

From the billing page, you can view and download individual invoices as PDFs. Each invoice includes the date, amount, plan name, and payment method used.

Updating your payment method

To update your credit card or payment details, go to Organisation > Billing and click the option to update your payment method. Once the new card is saved, all future charges will be applied to it.

Account is locked due to past-due payment

If your payment fails and your account becomes past due, you may be unable to log in. Use the payment update link sent to you via email (or contact support to receive one) to update your credit card. Once the payment is processed, you'll regain access to your account immediately.
