No — referrers cannot be moved between campaigns directly. Campaigns are fully isolated environments, and a referrer's link, data, and referral history are tied to the specific campaign they were enrolled in.

If you want to add a referrer to a different campaign, the process is:

When they are added to the new campaign, a new unique referral link will be generated for them. Their history and referrals from the original campaign will remain there and are not transferred.

Export your Referrers list as a CSV from the current campaign
Upload that CSV to the new campaign
