Analytics Tab overview — what metrics are tracked

The Analytics tab gives you a performance dashboard for your campaign. Find it in the left sidebar under Analytics.

The Analytics tab gives you a performance dashboard for your campaign. Find it in the left sidebar under Analytics.

The four KPI cards

Four summary cards appear at the top of the page. Each shows a metric, a percentage-change badge, and a comparison note (e.g. "No change this period"):
CardWhat it measures
Total ReachThe total number of people who have seen or interacted with your campaign
Total UsersThe combined total of referrers and leads in your campaign
Total LeadsThe number of leads (people who were referred)
Converted LeadsThe number of leads who have been qualified/converted

Dashboard charts and sections

Below the KPI cards, you will see six reporting sections:

Daily Leads

A line chart showing the number of new leads over time. Useful for spotting trends and seeing the impact of promotional activity.

Conversion Rate

A donut chart showing the percentage of leads that converted (were qualified). The chart displays the conversion rate as a percentage and shows the count (e.g. "1 of 4 leads converted").
Conversion rate = Converted Leads ÷ Total Leads × 100

Users by Source

A donut chart showing the distribution of users by how they entered the campaign (e.g. referral link, CSV upload, manual add, API).

Devices

A donut chart showing the breakdown of referral link opens by device type.

Social Shares

A breakdown of shares by social platform. This section shows data when referrers share their link through social sharing buttons.

Your Power Users

A leaderboard of your top-performing referrers. It has two tabs:
The table shows each referrer's Rank, Name (with email), Leads count, and Conversion rate.
  • Referrers with most leads — ranked by total leads generated
  • Referrers with most qualified leads — ranked by converted leads
