Overview

Referral Factory offers three plans: Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. The right plan depends on the size of your referral program, the control you need over branding and access, and the support you want with implementation and rollout.
All three plans use the same core Referral Factory platform and include unlimited campaigns. Basic and Pro are designed for teams that want to manage their referral program themselves, while Enterprise adds a managed rollout and additional support for larger or more complex organisations.

When should I choose Basic?

Choose Basic if your team wants to launch and manage its own referral program and does not need the additional branding, access controls, or managed services included in the higher plans.
Basic includes the core functionality needed to run a complete referral program and currently supports up to 20,000 users.
  • Unlimited referral campaigns
  • Referral links and referral codes
  • Referral rewards and fraud alerts
  • Built-in referral tracking, analytics, and reporting
  • Integrations, webhooks, and API access

When should I choose Pro?

Choose Pro when you want the same core platform but need a more fully branded experience, additional account controls, and more support getting your program live.
Pro currently supports up to 40,000 users and includes everything in Basic, plus:
  • A fully white-labelled referral experience with Referral Factory branding removed
  • The ability to use your own domain
  • SAML SSO
  • Email verification
  • Teammate access
  • Guided onboarding from the Referral Factory support team

When should I choose Enterprise?

Choose Enterprise when you need to manage a more complex rollout across your organisation. Enterprise currently supports 100,000 or more users and includes everything in Pro, plus:
  • A managed rollout with a dedicated account manager
  • Support with procurement and security reviews
  • Custom agreements and invoice billing
  • The option to host your own data
  • The ability to upload custom HTML
  • More hands-on implementation support
