Yes. Qualifying startups and small businesses can get 50% off Referral Factory for 12 months through our Startup Program.
The Startup Program gives you access to the same Referral Factory product and features included in your selected plan. It is not a reduced or stripped-down startup version. You can use it to build your referral program, track referrals, qualify leads, manage rewards, connect integrations and measure performance as your business grows.
You can also start with a 15-day free trial before subscribing.
Who qualifies for the Referral Factory startup discount?
The Startup Program is designed for early-stage companies and smaller businesses that want to launch, test or grow referrals as a customer acquisition channel.
It may be a good fit for:
- early-stage teams that want to test referrals as a growth channel
- small businesses ready to move beyond informal or spreadsheet-based referral tracking
- lean teams that need referral tracking, rewards and integrations without paying the full subscription price during their first year
- growing companies that want a referral platform they can continue using as their program becomes more sophisticated
How much is the Referral Factory startup discount?
Qualifying businesses receive 50% off their Referral Factory subscription for 12 months.
The discount is available on the Basic and Pro plans and can be used with either monthly or annual billing.
The Startup Program discount cannot be combined with other subscription discounts. Annual subscriptions normally include a 20% annual billing discount, but the 50% Startup Program discount replaces this rather than being added on top of it.
Is the Startup Program a different version of Referral Factory?
No.
The Startup Program does not give you a limited startup edition of Referral Factory. You use the normal Referral Factory platform and get the features included in the Basic or Pro plan you choose.
The discount simply reduces the subscription price during the approved 12-month period.
How do I apply for the Startup Program?

To apply:

Agree to the Startup Program Terms & Conditions.

Submit your application.
What happens after I apply?
We’ll review your application and confirm whether your business qualifies.
Once approved, you’ll need a Referral Factory account with a payment method added before the Startup Program discount can be applied to your subscription. Use the billing settings guide when you are ready to add or update payment details.
Can I use the startup discount on an annual plan?
Yes. The Startup Program discount can be used with either monthly or annual billing.
However, discounts do not stack. If you choose annual billing, the normal 20% annual discount is not added to the 50% Startup Program discount.
You receive the 50% Startup Program discount instead.
Is the startup discount available on Enterprise?
No. The Startup Program discount applies to Basic and Pro.
It is designed for startups and smaller businesses using Referral Factory's standard plans. If your organisation needs an Enterprise setup, custom agreements or more complex Enterprise requirements, speak to our team about the appropriate option.
What happens if I cancel or pause my subscription?
The Startup Program discount only applies while your subscription remains active.
If you cancel or pause the subscription during the discount period, the Startup Program discount falls away.
What happens after the 12-month discount ends?
After 12 months, your subscription moves to the standard price for your selected plan.
If your business still meets the Startup Program eligibility criteria, you can apply to renew the discount for another period. Renewals are reviewed individually and are not automatically guaranteed.
