The 15-day free trial on Starter and Basic does not require a credit card — you can skip payment during onboarding and add it later.
Pro and Enterprise have no trial period. Pro starts immediately on payment. Enterprise includes a demo and custom onboarding.
Key features by plan
Available on all plans: Fraud alerts, reCaptcha, referral analytics, 2FA, basic rewards and integrations, 24/7 chat support in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Basic and above adds: Teammate access (multiple users), video call support, webhooks and API, PayPal payouts.
Pro and above adds: User verification, 100% white label, custom domain (one per account), SSO.
Enterprise only: Host your own data (+$400), pay by invoice, upload custom HTML pages, dedicated account manager.
Additional users
If you need more users than your plan includes, additional users are available in batches of 100,000 for $100.

Cancellation
Plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are non-refundable.
