Referral Factory offers four plans. The right one depends on how many participants you expect, how many campaigns you need, and which features matter to your setup.
Plan overview
Starter — 950 users, 1 live campaign. Includes basic rewards, all integrations, fraud alerts, referral analytics, ReCaptcha verification, and 2FA. No teammate access, no API or webhooks, no PayPal payouts.
Basic — 20,000 users, unlimited campaigns. Everything in Starter, plus teammate access, video call support, webhooks and API, and PayPal payouts.
Pro — 40,000 users, unlimited campaigns. Everything in Basic, plus user verification, 100% white label (removes all Referral Factory branding), custom domain, and SSO.
Enterprise — 100,000+ users, unlimited campaigns. Everything in Pro, plus the ability to upload your own HTML, pay by invoice, and host your own data (your data never touches Referral Factory servers).
Common questions
How many teammates can I add?
Teammate access is available on the Basic plan and above. It is not included on the Starter plan. There is no limit on how many teammates you can add.
Can I run more than one campaign?
On the Starter plan, you are limited to one live campaign. The Basic plan and above allow unlimited campaigns.
Do I need the Basic plan for webhooks or API access?
Yes. Webhooks and API access are only available on Basic and above.
Which plan do I need to remove Referral Factory branding?
You need the Pro plan or above for 100% white label. This removes all Referral Factory branding from your pages, emails, and widgets.
Which plan lets me use my own domain?
Custom domains are available on the Pro plan and above.
Which plan do I need to host my own data?
Hosting your own data is an Enterprise-only feature. It means Referral Factory does not store or process any of your user data — it stays on your own server or cloud environment.
