In your campaign's HubSpot integration settings, scroll down to the Qualification Rules section. Select the deal stage that should trigger qualification.
Steps
- Go to Campaign Settings → Integrations and API → CRM tab, then open the HubSpot section.
- Click the Leads tab and scroll down to the Qualification Rules section.
- From the Select qualification method dropdown, choose Deal stage would change (only available if you chose Create new Deals in HubSpot as your lead action).
- Select the deal stage that represents a successful conversion (for example, Closed Won).
- Save your changes.
Important considerations
- If you're tracking conversions by deal stage, you may need to set up a HubSpot workflow to change a Contact property when the deal reaches "Closed Won" — unless you've configured Referral Factory to create Deals instead of just Contacts.
- Qualification sync can take up to 12 hours depending on the queue.
- Only configure one tool as your qualification trigger to avoid duplicate qualification events.
