New accounts require verification before they can send emails. This is a standard compliance check. You'll see a banner on the Emails page prompting you to activate email sending — choose one of the three options below.

Option 1: Connect your own mail server (~10 minutes)

Use your own SMTP credentials to send emails through your own mail server. Go to Settings to enter your SMTP details. Your email will remain saved as a draft in the meantime. See: How to configure your business settings

Option 2: Verify your domain (~10 minutes)

Connect and verify your domain so Referral Factory can send emails on your behalf. Recipients will see your domain in the sender address. Your email will remain saved as a draft while verification completes. See: How to use your own sending domain for emails

Option 3: Manually verify your organization (~48 hours)

Request manual verification by hitting the "Verify manually" button. The support team will contact you to request your business incorporation certificate and LinkedIn profile link, and will also review your campaign and email content. This process can take up to 48 hours.

Do I need to do this every time?

No. This is a one-time setup per account. Once activated, you won't need to repeat verification for routine edits to your campaign.
