The branded referrer portal is a standalone page where referrers can join your program, get their unique referral link, and track their referrals. This article explains the experience from the referrer's perspective — how they find and use the portal.
For instructions on building and customising the portal, see How to create and use a branded referrer portal.

Sharing the portal URL with referrers

Every campaign has a portal URL. You can find it in the Promote section of your campaign under Branded Referrer Portal.
Share this URL with people you want to join your program — via email, your website, social media, or any other channel. You can also download a QR code for the portal from the portal builder.

How referrers sign up

When someone visits the portal URL for the first time, they will see a sign-up page (if you have enabled the Allow sign up option in the portal builder). They fill in the form fields you have configured — typically their name and email — and click the submit button.
Once they sign up, they are immediately taken to their dashboard where they can see and share their unique referral link.

How referrers log back in

Returning referrers go to the same portal URL and enter their email address on the login page. By default, no password is required — the portal identifies them by their email and takes them straight to their dashboard.
If you have enabled Secure Login in the portal settings, referrers will need to verify their identity through an additional step before accessing their dashboard.

What referrers see on their dashboard

Once logged in, referrers see a personalised dashboard that can include:
  • Their unique referral link with a copy button.
  • Social sharing buttons — share the link on social media with one click.
  • Email sharing — send a pre-written referral message to friends via email.
  • QR code — a scannable code linked to their referral link.
  • Referral stats — how many people they have referred and the status of their referrals.
