Question 1

What should I set up first in Referral Factory?

Accepted Answer

Start with the campaign structure: choose who will refer, what the invited friend should do, and what reward will be earned. Then build the referral link page, configure qualification, and test the full journey before inviting customers.

Question 2

Do I need a developer to launch my first campaign?

Accepted Answer

Most teams do not need a developer. Referral Factory includes a visual campaign builder, hosted referral pages, sharing tools, emails, and no-code integrations. A developer is only useful for advanced API, webhook, or custom website work.

Question 3

How long does a basic referral program take to launch?

Accepted Answer

A simple campaign can often be prepared in a few hours once the offer and audience are clear. More complex programs take longer when they include CRM automation, custom qualification rules, multiple languages, or internal approval steps.

Question 4

What should I check before going live?

Accepted Answer

Test the referral link, landing page, lead form, email notifications, qualification rule, and reward flow. It is also worth checking your campaign copy on mobile so customers understand exactly what they are sharing.
