This can happen if Salesforce invalidates an auth token, a permission changes on the Salesforce side, or the connected Salesforce user account is modified or deactivated.

How to reconnect

  • Go to Campaign Settings → Integrations and API → CRM tab.
  • Click Connect under Salesforce and re-authenticate with your Salesforce credentials.
  • Contact support@referral-factory.com if you suspect that users didn’t sync during the disconnect and push them through manually.

Common causes

  • Password reset on the connected Salesforce account
  • Salesforce security policy update or token refresh
  • The connected Salesforce user was deactivated or had permissions changed
