This can happen if Salesforce invalidates an auth token, a permission changes on the Salesforce side, or the connected Salesforce user account is modified or deactivated.
How to reconnect
- Go to Campaign Settings → Integrations and API → CRM tab.
- Click Connect under Salesforce and re-authenticate with your Salesforce credentials.
- Contact support@referral-factory.com if you suspect that users didn’t sync during the disconnect and push them through manually.
Common causes
- Password reset on the connected Salesforce account
- Salesforce security policy update or token refresh
- The connected Salesforce user was deactivated or had permissions changed
