FAQ: Why aren't my email templates showing in campaign setup?

If you have created a custom email template but it is not appearing, this is almost always because the template was not saved after editing.

If you have created a custom email template but it is not appearing, this is almost always because the template was not saved after editing.

How to fix it

  • Go to Emails in the left sidebar.
  • Click the Always On Emails tab.
  • Open the template you created and make sure to click Save before leaving the editor.
  • Return to the Always On Emails tab — the template should now appear.

Still not showing?

If the template was saved and still does not appear, check that you are looking at the correct campaign. Email templates are linked to the campaign they were created in. If you created the template in one campaign and are looking at a different campaign, you will need to create the template in the correct campaign.
