Referral Program Integrations: Salesforce, Intercom, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Stripe and more.

Integrations make it possible to manage your referral program from the business tools you already use. Meaning you can launch and run powerful referral program, but avoid all the manual work that’s usually associated to managing a referral program.

Salesforce:

Do you use Salesforce? Great! Now you can connect the Salesforce referrals to Salesforce referral program integration directly to your CRM tool. This will allow you to:

  • Sync your contacts to auto-generate their referral links, or you can invite them to join your referral program.
  • Send new referred leads / contacts directly to Salesforce 
  • Qualify your referred leads / contacts by updating the lead status on Salesforce, or converting a lead to an opportunity, or converting a lead to an opportunity and moving it to a specific stage.  
  • Easily know who to reward for a referral, and when to reward them.
  • Have more control over your user notifications.

Intercom:

There is a referral integration for intercom users too! You can connect your referral program directly to your Intercom. This will allow you to:

  • Sync your users to auto-generate their referral links, or you can invite them to join your referral program.
  • Send new referred leads / users directly to Intercom
  • Qualify your referrals by updating the user attributes on Intercom
  • Know who to reward for a referral, and when to reward them. 
  • Have more control over user notifications.

HubSpot:

HubSpot is one of the fastest growing CRMs in the world, if you use HubSpot then you’ll want to connect your referral program for sure. The Referral Factory HubSpot integration has been officially verified by Hubspot too – meaning its listed in the Hubspot ecosystem as a preferred app to use for lead generation and referral generation. Here’s what you can do:

  • Sync your contacts (all or a list) to auto-generate their referral links, or you can invite them to join your referral program.
  • Send new referred leads / contacts / deals directly to HubSpot
  • Qualify your referred leads / contacts / deals by updating one of their properties in your HubSpot CRM, or converting a lead to a deal, or moving a deal to a specific stage.

Pipedrive:

If you use Pipedrive to manage you incoming lead and deal flow, then you’re in luck. You can integrate your referral program directly with your Pipedrive account. Here’s what you can do:

  • Sync your contacts (all or a list) to auto-generate their referral links, or you can invite them to join your referral program.
  • Send new referred leads / contacts / deals directly to HubSpot
  • Qualify your referred leads / contacts / deals by updating one of their properties in your HubSpot CRM, or converting a lead to a deal, or moving a deal to a specific stage.
  • Know who to reward for a referral, and when to reward them.
  • Have more control over user notifications.

Zoho:

Zoho is one of the more difficult integrations to setup, but all the same things are possible. You will need to setup a few extra steps to make this work, but this is largely because of the complexity of Zoho CRM. Here’s what you can do:

  • Sync your contacts to auto-generate their referral links, or you can invite them to join your referral program.
  • Send new referred leads / contacts directly to Zoho 
  • Qualify your referred leads / contacts by updating their status on Zoho, or converting a lead to a contact or deal, or by moving it to deal to a specific stage.  
  • Easily know who to reward for a referral, and when to reward them.
  • Have more control over your user notifications.

Zapier:

Everything you see in the native integrations above can be done through Zapier too, you can connect your referral program through Zapier, to over 3000 apps. Here’s what you can do once you’re connected:

  1. Generate referral links for users by adding them to your referral campaign and get a response with the referral link of the added user.
  2. When a new referral is generated, send that user’s data to your CRM, marketing tools, or anywhere else.
  3. Qualify a referred user when they successfully convert by sending Referral Factory their code.
  4. Qualify a referred user when they successfully convert by sending Referral Factory their email.
  5. Qualify a referred user when they successfully convert by sending Referral Factory their redeemed coupon.
  6. Issue rewards to the person referring and the person invited for participating in your referral program.
