Eligibility

The referral program is open to all existing clients, employees of clients, and employees of Cole Technologies LLC.
Participants must be of legal age and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Referral Process

Existing clients or employees of a client can refer friends, family, or acquaintances to Cole Technologies LLC.
Referrals must be submitted through this Referral Program Software to ensure Rewards are properly distributed.
Referrals received outside of this software may not be eligible for rewards.

Reward Criteria

Referrers are eligible to receive a $50 Visa Gift Card if their referred individual/company schedules and attends an Introductory/Information meeting with Cole Technologies LLC.

Referrers are eligible to receive a $300 Visa Gift Card if their referred individual/company becomes a customer of Cole Technologies LLC.

The individual/company referred is eligible to receive a $50 Visa Gift Card after scheduling and attending an Introductory/Information meeting with Cole Technologies LLC.

The maximum amount of money possible to be distributed per potential client is $400 as described at the beginning of this section. Each individual has the potential to earn more than the stated amount if they refer multiple companies that complete the above requirements.

Reward Redemption

Referrers and referred individuals will receive their rewards in their provided email within a 30-day period after the referred individual fulfills the required criteria.

Referral Fraud

Any attempts to manipulate or engage in fraudulent activities, including creating multiple accounts or providing false information, may result in disqualification from the referral program.
Cole Technologies LLC reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraudulent activities.

Program Changes

Cole Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes to the program terms and conditions will be communicated to participants through appropriate channels.

Privacy

Referral program participant information will be treated in accordance with Referral Factory’s privacy policy and Cole Technologies LLC’s privacy policy.
Referrers and referred individuals may be contacted by Cole Technologies LLC for program-related communications.

Cole Technologies LLC reserves the right to interpret and make final decisions on all matters related to the referral program, including eligibility, rewards, and any disputes.
