The Knock Referral Program gives anyone the opportunity to earn some extra spending money by introducing friends and family working at qualified Property Management Companies to Knock CRM or Knock Tours - and the referred get a reward too! By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility
   1. Both the referrer and the referred must be United States citizens and reside within the continental United States. Businesses interested in a partner or affiliate relationship should contact Knock Marketing at [email protected] for more information.
   2. Referrals must be personally made and to someone that you knew before the referral. Referrals made via bulk email, advertisements, or similar means will be disqualified.
   3. The referred person must be a purchasing decision-maker of a qualified Property Management Company (PMC). Example qualified referred include operations, marketing, and finance leaders.
      1. A qualified PMC must
         1. Manage at least 2,000 units in the United States;;
         2. Not have received a demo of Knock CRM or Knock Tours within the previous six months or be currently engaged with a Sales team member.
   4. An individual may only be referred once per calendar year and the number of referred individuals at a given PMC is limited to three.
2. Referral Rewards
   1. Referrer
      1. The referrer will receive a $150, $300, or $450 Visa gift card for a qualified referral to a PMC that manages 2,000-5,000 units, 5,000-10,000 units, or more than 10,000 units, respectively.
      2. Referrer rewards are limited to $450 per calendar year. 
      3. Gift cards will be distributed within 30 days of the qualified Knock demonstration(s).
   2. Referred
      1. The referred will receive a $200 Visa gift card after completing a demo of Knock CRM. 
      2. The referred will receive a $100 Visa gift card after completing a demo of Knock Tours.
      3. Referred rewards are limited to $300 per calendar year.
      4. Gift cards will be distributed within 30 days of the qualified Knock demonstration(s).
3. Fine Print
   1. Knock is not liable for errors, omissions, or processing delays. 
   2. Knock reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any referral that violates the terms and conditions, or spirit, of the Knock Referral Program.
   3. Knock reserves the right to cancel the Knock Referral Program or to change these terms and conditions, without notice, at any time.
