B) All other accepted cities will earn $250: GA (Atlanta); the cities listed reflect "the city of"
C) Cannot refer yourself,
D) Referred potential Host cannot be a current Host or a potential Host already in PadSplit’s prospect list;
E) Referred potential Host must meet all PadSplit’s Host requirements to qualify,
F) Payout only occurs for the new Host's first property, subsequent properties (if applicable) will not warrant a referral payout
G) Referred Host must onboard no later than 3 months from introduction to qualify,

I) A room must be occupied by a paying Member in the new Host's property before the referral payment is made, payment then to be made to Referrer via Amazon gift card within 30 days of the first new paying Member occupying a room,
J) Referred potential Host also earns $100 when their first paying Member occupies a room
