Request to Delete Your Data
At Referral Factory, we respect your privacy and are committed to giving you full control over your data. If you would like to request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
🛠 How to Request Data Deletion:
- Send an email to support@referral-factory.com . Please use the subject line: Data Deletion Request and include the email address you used to sign up for Referral Factory.
- Wait for confirmation. Our team will process your request and send you a confirmation email within 48 hours.
🔒 What Happens When We Delete Your Data:
All personal data, account details, and activity history will be permanently deleted from our systems. This includes your profile, campaign data, referral activity, and any associated affiliate records.
We will retain no information after deletion. Once your request is processed, your account and all data are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
⏳ Automatic Data Deletion:
Accounts that remain inactive (dead accounts) for 2 years will automatically be deleted, along with all associated data.
