Referral Program

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the referral program (the "Program") offered by Tetra Walls

1. Eligibility

1.1. Participation in the Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the USA] and are at least 18 years old.

2. How the Program Works

2.1. To participate in the Program, you must refer new customers ("Referrals") to Tetra using the unique referral link provided to you by Tetra.

2.2. A Referral is deemed successful when the referred individual completes a qualifying action, such as completing an install or completing a heating and cooling consult, as determined by Tetra.

3. Referral Rewards

3.1. For each successful Referral, you may be eligible to receive a reward ("Reward"), as specified by Tetra.

3.2. Rewards are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Tetra.

4. Restrictions

4.1. You may not refer yourself or create multiple accounts to participate in the Program.

4.2. You may not engage in any form of spamming or fraudulent activity to generate Referrals.

5. Payment and Delivery

5.1. Rewards will be paid out in accordance with Tetra's payment schedule and method, as specified by Tetra.

5.2. Tetra is not responsible for any technical issues or delays in payment delivery.

6. Termination and Modification

6.1. Tetra reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

6.2. In the event of termination, any outstanding Rewards may be forfeited at the discretion of Tetra.

7. Privacy

7.1. By participating in the Program, you agree to Tetra's Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with such policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Tetra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
