Qualified Invite. A “Qualified Invite” is defined as a veterinary exam received at Sploot Veterinary Care by a first-time customer (an “Invited Customer”) who arrives at the Site by clicking your Referral program link. Upon arriving at the Site using the Referral program link, the Invited Customer must book an appointment, and then receive their pet's veterinary exam at one of our veterinary offices. A “Qualified Referral” is counted when the Invited Customer has received their services, completed their appointment and the appointment is paid in full. An Invited Customer that books an appointment for a veterinary exam, but does not complete an appointment does not count as a Qualified Referral. An Invited Customer that completes an appointment for a service outside of a veterinary exam does not count as a Qualified Referral. In order to qualify as a Qualified Referral, this must be the Invited Customer’s first time receiving any service(s) from Sploot Veterinary Care. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Invited Customer; in other words, additional/repeat services received by an Invited Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

Reward Payments. Upon completion of a Qualified Referral, you (the “Referrer”) will receive a $50 Sploot credit and the Invited Customer will receive a $50 Sploot credit. This credit can be used at any Sploot Clinic and is applied to the final invoice following a veterinary exam.The reward amount may differ based on the timing of the offer and the Reward amount is subject to change for future Referral invites.

Invited Customer. The Invited Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).

Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals 18+ residing in qualifying states only. Clients who participate in pet care plans are excluded (example: United Pet Care). Sploot Veterinary Care’s Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined at Sploot Veterinary Care’s sole discretion. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. This offer can be applied to both primary and urgent care appointments that are scheduled as next-day or future appointments, but cannot be used on same-day appointments.

No Spam. If you choose to distribute your Referral program link via self-generated email, you must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your invite link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your Account and/or exclusion from Sploot Veterinary Care’s Referral Program.

Right to Close Accounts. Sploot Veterinary Care reserves the right to close the Account(s) of any Referrer and/or Invited Customer, exclude them from Sploot Veterinary Care’s Referral Program, and/or request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Invited Customer attempts to use the Sploot Veterinary Care Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Sploot Veterinary Care reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms at any time in its sole discretion.
